MODAK(모닥)은 호주 한인을 위한 알바·쉐어·중고거래·쿠폰혜택 커뮤니티 플랫폼입니다. 본 약관은 모닥 서비스 이용에 관한 모든 사항을 규정합니다.
2이용 자격
다음 조건을 충족하는 경우 서비스를 이용하실 수 있습니다.
- 호주에 거주 중인 만 18세 이상의 성인
- 유효한 호주 전화번호 보유
- 본 약관에 동의한 자
3계정 및 보안
- 1인 1계정 원칙을 준수해야 합니다
- 계정 정보는 타인과 공유할 수 없습니다
- 계정 도용이 의심될 경우 즉시 모닥에 신고해 주세요
- 타인의 계정을 무단으로 사용하는 행위는 금지됩니다
4금지 행위
다음 행위는 서비스 이용이 제한됩니다.
- 허위 정보, 사기성 게시물 등록
- 타인에 대한 욕설, 비방, 혐오 표현
- 불법 물품 거래 (마약, 무기 등)
- 성인 콘텐츠 게시
- 스팸성 반복 게시물 등록
- 타인의 개인정보 무단 수집 및 유포
- 서비스를 이용한 상업적 스팸 활동
- 비자 조건을 위반하는 취업 알선
⚠️ 위반 시 사전 경고 없이 계정이 정지 또는 영구 삭제될 수 있습니다.
5게시물 규정
- 게시물의 내용과 정확성에 대한 책임은 작성자에게 있습니다
- 제목은 최대 33자까지 입력 가능합니다
- 중고거래 게시물은 사진 1장 이상 필수입니다
- 모닥은 부적절한 게시물을 사전 통보 없이 삭제할 수 있습니다
6광고 서비스
- 광고는 실제 운영 중인 업체만 신청 가능합니다
- 허위 광고는 즉시 삭제되며 환불되지 않습니다
- 결제 후 24시간 이내 취소 시 전액 환불됩니다
- 광고 시작 후에는 환불이 불가합니다
- 프리미엄 고정 슬롯은 선착순 4자리로 제한됩니다
7서비스 변경 및 중단
모닥은 서비스의 전부 또는 일부를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경의 경우 최소 7일 전에 공지합니다.
8면책 조항
모닥은 다음에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
- 이용자 간 거래에서 발생한 분쟁
- 게시물 내용의 정확성
- 제3자 서비스(결제, 지도 등) 이용으로 인한 손해
- 천재지변, 시스템 장애 등 불가항력적 사유
9준거법 및 관할
본 약관은 호주 뉴사우스웨일즈(NSW)주 법률에 따라 해석되며, 분쟁 발생 시 NSW 법원의 관할에 따릅니다.
10약관 변경
본 약관은 법령 또는 서비스 변경에 따라 수정될 수 있습니다. 변경 시 앱 내 공지 또는 이메일로 7일 전에 사전 안내드립니다.
✓ 변경된 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우 서비스 탈퇴가 가능합니다.

MODAK is a Korean community platform for Koreans living in Australia, offering job listings, share housing, marketplace, and local deals. These Terms govern your use of the MODAK service.
2Eligibility
- You must be 18 years or older
- You must reside in Australia with a valid Australian phone number
- You must agree to these Terms
3Account & Security
- One account per person
- Do not share your account credentials
- Report any suspected unauthorized access immediately
4Prohibited Activities
- False or fraudulent listings
- Harassment, hate speech, or offensive content
- Illegal goods trading (drugs, weapons, etc.)
- Adult content
- Spam or repetitive posts
- Unauthorized collection or sharing of personal data
- Work arrangements that violate visa conditions
⚠️ Violations may result in account suspension or permanent deletion without prior warning.
5Content Policy
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your posts
- Titles are limited to 33 characters
- Marketplace listings require at least one photo
- MODAK may remove inappropriate content without notice
6Advertising
- Ads are available for verified businesses only
- False advertising will be removed without refund
- Cancellations within 24 hours of payment receive a full refund
- No refunds after an ad campaign has started
- Premium fixed slots are limited to 4 (first-come, first-served)
7Service Changes
MODAK may modify or discontinue any part of the service with at least 7 days' notice for significant changes.
8Disclaimer
MODAK is not responsible for:
- Disputes between users
- Accuracy of user-generated content
- Third-party service failures
- Force majeure events
9Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of NSW courts.
10Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time with 7 days' prior notice. Continued use of MODAK after changes constitutes acceptance.
✓ You may delete your account at any time if you do not agree to the updated Terms.
